AllStars commissioned by Lafarge to record 50-pc band at Abbey Road Studios

French industrial giant Lafarge commissioned The AllStars to record a dramatic cover of Rod Stewart hit ‘Sailing’ in December 2012.  The 50-piece lineup included 12 strings, 9 horns, 15 voice gospel choir and full AllStars rhythm section and backing vocals.  We were delighted to work with the legendary Haydn Bendall in the Producer’s chair and Mazen Murad at Metropolis who mastered the track.  The music will be used for an internal communications campaign by Lafarge worldwide in 2013.
